Act N°1par Luca Lin

Luca Lin was born in Reggio Emilia, Italy, in 1993 to Chinese parents. His brand, Act N°1, founded in 2016, draws inspiration from his multicultural background and childhood memories. Growing up in a country different from his origins, Luca’s work reflects the fusion of diverse cultures, religions, and beliefs. 
Act N°1 uses fashion as a platform to address social issues and give voice to marginalized communities. The brand aims to drive meaningful change by tackling child marriage, gender inequality, and stereotypes.  
In 2025, Luca was selected as a finalist for the International Woolmark Prize. 
The collections are designed to rewrite the rules of dressing, breaking down and reinventing the classical wardrobe.
