Magda Butrym was born in 1985 in Silesia, Poland.
At the age of 19, she began studying fashion design and simultaneously undertook work as a
stylist.
From 2008 until 2014, she worked as an in-house womenswear designer for Poland based womenswear brands.
In 2014, in order to pursue a long-time ambition of combining modern fashion design with
traditional craftsmanship, she established her own brand, Magda Butrym.
