Founded by third-generation couturier Cynthia Merhej, the brand bridges eras, cultures, and identities, creating garments that transcend time. Raised in her mother’s Beirut atelier, Cynthia developed a deep passion for garment-making, later honed through studying Visual Communication at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, where she cultivated her love for storytelling. Returning to Beirut, she combined her creative vision with her family’s sartorial heritage, establishing Renaissance Renaissance in 2016. The brand, crafted entirely in Beirut, collaborates with local artisans and family-owned factories, ensuring quality, sustainability, and social responsibility.
