SNOW XUE GAOby SNOW XUE GAO

New York based womenswear designer Snow Xue Gao founded her eponymous label in the wake of her 2016 graduation show at Parsons New School of Art and Design from which she graduated with a Masters in Fashion.
Snow was born and raised in Beijing where she received a Bachelor of Arts from the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology.
With her mixed cultural background, Snow's intricately draped and tailored line breaks away from conventional definitions of masculine and feminine through an exploration of exaggerated proportions, asymmetrical finishes and contrasting textures.
