Shinya Kozuka, the founder and designer of Shinyakozuka, is based in Tokyo. He graduated from Central Saint Martins in Menswear in 2013. Kozuka regards fashion as something more than clothing, and believes that sound, scent, objects, scenery, and human presence must all coexist to produce fashion. He refers to this state as “picturesque scenery” which serves as the foundation of his work. Each collection begins with an original narrative, exploring fashion not as a single product but as an environment and an extension of storytelling. In January 2026, Shinyakozuka presented its first runway show at Pitti Uomo 109 in Florence.
